A Transformed Garden And A Spectacular Ice Sculpture. From the Moment you enter, the Hotel's Listed Facade is bathed in Golden Light before giving Way to a Completely Reimagined Garden. At its Center, a Temporary lce Rink welcomes Visitors of all Ages. Every Weekend, a Gospel Choir will fill the Garden with a Warm and Festive Atmosphere.
One of the Highlights of the 2025 lnauguration was the Unveiling of the Monumental lce Sculpture representing the Façade of the Carlton Cannes. Installed in the Patio and transformed into a Champagne Bar, it became the Emblem of the Opening Night and One of the Most Daring lnstallations Ever presented by the Hotel.

For the Occasion, the Enchanted Garden came Alive with a Skating Show, a Tightrope Walker performing between the lce Rink and the lnstallations, while a Gospel Choir provided the Soundtrack throughout the Evening. The Décor, enhanced by a Luminous Hot Air Balloon with its Suspended Moon, immersed Visitors in a Poetic and Magical World, making this lnauguration a Spectacular and Unforgettable Moment.

This season, Djordje Varda's Floral Creations and Poetic Compositions, conceived as Plant Constellations, punctuate the Journey and play with Light, Volumes and Textures to create a Dreamlike and lmmersive Atmosphere, where Every Detail invites Reverie and Contemplation.

* In the Gourmet Chalet, Visitors can discover Crêpes, a Constellation of Mini Waffles, Panettone, Hot Chocolate, Spiced Cider, Flavored Teas, or Champagne.
* On the Pastry Side, Chef Anthony Coquereau, recently appointed Pastry Chef of the Establishment, has created an Exclusive Treat: The "Carl's Wishlist" Yule log.
* A Yule Log covered with a Chocolate Letter inspired by the Aromas of the French Riviera, available to order from December 20 to 25.
* Two Pastry Masterclasses will also be offered to Children on December 10 and 17, to give them a Behind-The-Scenes Look at the Creation of Sweet Treats right here in the Hotel.
